I am an organisation development facilitator, leadership coach and trainer working with individuals and groups, to increase their self-awareness and gain insight into how to develop themselves, others’ and their organisation – and achieve great results for all along the way.

 

With over 20 years’ experience of helping people to grow and engage in their work and personal lives, I aspire to support individuals, groups and teams to define clear routes to getting to where they want to be in business, leadership, careers, wellbeing and life.

Values are important in life as they help define what we stand for and how we behave, guide and inform our work and hold us accountable to do our best and govern actions that will determine success.

My values begin with integrity ; making sure that I understand expectations of clients, building trust and openness and speaking up for what is right. I care about the wellbeing of my clients, partners, associates and the community we are all part of and building relationships is the bedrock of all that I do. Collaboration means working together and having an agreed end goal in mind so that we are happy with outcomes that bring progress and that make a difference.

  • I believe that development is personal, and growth comes from being aware of our own behaviours and personality constructs.

  • Through encouraging a person or group to become more curious about themselves and their impact on others they can fully live out their aspirations and flourish in those areas they wish to focus on.    

  • I hope to provide insight through conversation and engagement to meet individual and group needs and desires as the journey unfolds.

Having the fortune of working with many different people and organisations in a vast array of sectors enables me to appreciate individuality and give people space and time to identify shifts, changes and take action that will improve and satisfy people’s and organisation’s aspirations.

Supported by first class credentials, gaining an MBA and Level 7 in Executive Coaching, NLP Coaching Diploma. I have a strong track record in applying coaching to enable individual, team and organisational change. I also hold level 5 certificate in Participating in the Assessment of Organisational Standards. 

I believe development through one to one or group coaching and mentoring are powerful ways for improving capability and confidence and increasing organisational performance, especially when mobilising individuals and teams is at the heart of the change process.
