The concept of an ‘entrepreneurial organisation’ is now emerging as a powerful idea to help established public,  private or third sector  organisations to adapt rapidly to the increasingly complex and urgent set of pressures and challenges being created by economic, global and domestic uncertainty.

Our development programmes challenge and support organisations of any size or sector to enable them to become  more entrepreneurial in their thinking and their actions; encouraging creativity and innovation.

While our delivery is bespoke to meet each organisations specific requirements – at the heart of any developmental activity is our Entrepreneurial Leadership Model - 15 entrepreneurial capability dimensions, underpinned by 76  capability statements – describing the characteristics, competencies, behaviours and attributes which research tells us successful entrepreneurial leaders and their organisations have in common.

We use this as an individual or team assessment tool, in a coaching or facilitated workshop setting, virtually or face to face. We invite people to challenge their own thinking and each other’s and consider a more innovative and creative approach to their leadership application whilst nurturing a coaching culture of open feedback conversations.
