Adding 'Life' to your People's Development

Most organisations we work with have taken a top-down approach to the way they develop their people and how they seek to engage them. 

That's fine as far as it goes however, by focussing almost entirely on developing 'the person at work', the approach often fails to hook into and ignite an individual’s personal motivations and drive about their life and their future. 

 

Switching to a more personal investment in your people, inspires them to bring the resultant energy, clarity, enthusiasm and commitment into the ‘now’ i.e. for themselves, within their team and role. This, in turn, enhances their level of engagement as well as their loyalty, effort and contribution to your organisation's culture and success.

Our programme runs over a minimum of six months delivered for organisations via group sessions of no more than 12 people, for small groups of like-minded people or, as a series of one to one sessions, (online or face to face).

Each session lasts for 2 hours for groups and 1.5 hours for individuals and are scheduled to be delivered every three or four weeks.

As two expert coaches with a naturally cohesive and inclusive style we co-facilitate sessions using bespoke activities and open discussion, all based on an underpinning framework. We then adapt to address emerging topics.
